<i>Hypodematium confertivillosum</i> J.X.Li, F.Q.Zhou & X.J.Li, <b>sp. nov.</b>, a new species of <i>Hypodematium</i> from Shandong, China, is described and illustrated. It is similar to <i>H. crenatum</i> (Forssk.)
