High-risk subtypes of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) include Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) B-ALL driven by the <i>BCR-ABL1</i> oncogene and a more recently identified subtype known as <i>BCR-ABL</i>-like or Ph-like B-ALL.
