Antibiotic resistance in the opportunistic pathogen <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> is partly caused by biofilms forming a physical barrier to antibiotic penetration. Here we focused on modifying tetravalent glycopeptide dendrimer ligands of <i>P. aeruginosa</i> lectins LecB or LecA to increase their biofilm inhibition activity.
