The aim of this study was to compare the free radical scavenging ability and intestinal epithelial cell protective effects of Java tea (<i>Orthosiphon stamineus</i>) root extracts (ORE), stem extracts (OSE), and leaf extracts (OLE) to determine the potential of Java tea by-products.
