Target spot, a recently observed citrus disease that is caused by <i>Pseudofabraea citricarpa</i>, can cause substantial economic losses in citrus production. In this study, a 797 bp marker specific to <i>Ps. citricarpa</i> was identified via random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique.
