Rhizopycnis acids A (<b>1</b>) and B (<b>2</b>), two new anisic acid derivatives, were obtained from the ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation cultures of <i>Rhizopycnis vagum</i>, an endophytic fungus isolated from the healthy tissues of <i>Nicotiana tabacum</i>.
