Robust kinetochore-microtubule (kMT) attachment is critical for accurate chromosome segregation. G2/M-specific depletion of human Cdt1 that localizes to kinetochores in an Ndc80 complex-dependent manner leads to abnormal kMT attachments and mitotic arrest.
