Paramagnetic relaxation enhancement (PRE) conjoint with hyperpolarized NMR reveals structural information on the enzyme-product complex in an ongoing metalloenzyme-catalyzed reaction. Substrates of pseudouridine monophosphate glycosidase are hyperpolarized using the dynamic nuclear polarization (DNP) method.
