Medulloblastoma and central nervous system primitive neuroectodermal tumors (CNS-PNET) are aggressive, poorly differentiated brain tumors with limited effective therapies. Using <i>Sleeping Beauty</i> (<i>SB</i>) transposon mutagenesis, we identified novel genetic drivers of medulloblastoma and CNS-PNET.
