Increasing evidence shows microRNAs (miRNAs) are engaged in hepatocelluar carcinoma (HCC). To identify novel feasible miRNA/mRNA pairs involved in hepatocarcinogenesis, an in-depth analysis of miRNomes in human non-tumor liver and HCC samples was carried out in this study.
