Ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization quadrupole mass spectrometry (UPLC-ESI-QTOF MS)-based lipidomics was employed to elucidate new mechanism of alpha-naphthyl isothiocyanate (ANIT)-induced intrahepatic cholestasis in mice. 2.
