The fatty acid (FA), polyphenol content and evaluation of the antioxidant capacity of exhausted <i>Myrtus communis</i> berries (EMB) resulting from the production of myrtle liqueur were assessed. All parts of the exhausted berries exhibited high concentrations of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids and phenolic compounds.
