Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has emerged as an alternative treatment of cancers. However, the therapeutic efficiency of PDT is severely limited by the microenvironment of insufficient oxygen (O<sub>2</sub>) supply and overexpression of glutathione (GSH) in the tumor.
