<b>:</b> Deep eutectic solvents (DESs) were used in combination with macroporous resins to isolate and purify flavonoids and 20-hydroxyecdysone from <i>Chenopodium quinoa</i> Willd by preparative high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
