ABSTRACT: •Neuro sweet disease (NSD) rarely exhibits spinal cord involvement.•We experienced a case of NSD with longitudinally extensive transverse myelitis.•The shape of gadolinium enhanced lesion of spinal MRI was characteristic.•Above mentioned finding might be useful for diagnosis of neuro sweet disease.
