Regulatory T (T<sub>reg</sub>) cells accumulate into tumors, hindering the success of cancer immunotherapy. Yet, therapeutic targeting of T<sub>reg</sub> cells shows limited efficacy or leads to autoimmunity. The molecular mechanisms that guide T<sub>reg</sub> cell stability in tumors remain elusive.
