Brain lipoprotein receptors have been shown to regulate the metabolism of ApoE and β-amyloid (Aβ) and are potential therapeutic targets for Alzheimer's disease (AD). Previously, we identified E3 ubiquitin ligase IDOL as a negative regulator of brain lipoprotein receptors.
