This study was carried out to compare the antioxidant and nutritional properties of coconut (<i>Cocos nucifera</i> L.) sap with other natural sources of sugar such as sugar palm (<i>Borassus flabellifer</i>) and sugarcane (<i>Saccharum officinarum</i> L.).
