Human angiostrongyliasis is an important foodborne helminthic zoonosis caused by the nematodes of the genus <i>Angiostrongylus</i>. We describe two parasitologically confirmed cases of ocular angiostrongyliasis, presenting at a tertiary care hospital in Thailand between 2012 and 2018.
