Dual Inhibition of MAPK and JAK2/STAT3 Pathways Is Critical for the Treatment of BRAF Mutant Melanoma.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Drug resistance limits the long-term efficacy of targeted drugs for melanoma. The results showed that there is a crosstalk between the MAPK and JAK2/STAT3 pathways in BRAF mutant melanoma cells. Dual inhibition of the MAPK and JAK2/STAT3 pathways can significantly inhibit the growth of BRAF mutant melanoma cells.
