Non-syndromic tooth agenesis (NSTA) is one of the most common dental abnormalities. MiRNAs participated in the craniofacial and tooth development. Therefore, single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in miRNA genes may contribute to the susceptibility of non-syndromic tooth agenesis.
