Two series of ZnO-organic superlattice thin films are fabricated with systematically controlled frequencies of monomolecular hydroquinone (HQ) or terephthalic acid (TPA) based organic layers within the ZnO matrix using the atomic/molecular layer deposition (ALD/MLD) technique.
