Complete Coding Sequences of Three Chicken Parvovirus Isolates from the United States.

ABSTRACT: Parvoviruses are commonly found in U.S. poultry and are associated with clinical disease. Here, we report the complete coding sequences of three chicken parvoviruses from broiler chickens from commercial farms in the state of Georgia.

Complete Genome Sequences of Three Outbreak-Associated Legionella pneumophila Isolates.

Project description:We report here the complete genome sequences of three Legionella pneumophila isolates that are associated with a Legionnaires' disease outbreak in New York in 2012. Two clinical isolates (D7630 and D7632) and one environmental isolate (D7631) were recovered from this outbreak. A single isolate-specific virulence gene was found in D7632. These isolates were included in a large study evaluating the genomic resolution of various bioinformatics approaches for L. pneumophila serogroup 1 isolates.

Project description:This report announces the complete genome sequences of two severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) isolates detected in Egypt. The isolates were obtained from oropharyngeal swab specimens from two Egyptians in Upper and Lower Egypt. Sequence analysis showed mutations that differentiate Egyptian strains from the reference strain 2019-nCoV WHU01.

Analysis of these sequences showed that they have unique characteristics in RNAs 2 and 3. The Japanese isolates are similar to each other compared to other TAVs.
