Recent sequencing technology helps analyze genome-level aberrance between wild species and highly domesticated cultivars by producing high-quality genomes. Herein, we established the complete chloroplast genome of <i>Prunus dielsiana</i> to lay a foundation in the future genetic comparison and modification.
