The thermochemical energy-storage material couple CuSO<sub>4</sub>/[Cu(NH<sub>3</sub>)<sub>4</sub>]SO<sub>4</sub> combines full reversibility, application in a medium temperature interval (<350 °C), and fast liberation of stored heat.
