Heather honey was tested for its effect on the formation of biofilms by <i>Staphylococcus aureus</i>, <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i>, <i>Escherichia coli</i>, <i>Klebsiella pneumoniae</i>, <i>Enterococcus faecalis</i>, <i>Salmonella Enteriditis</i> and <i>Acinetobacter baumanii</i> in comparison with Manuka honey.
