ABSTRACT: Key Points Pre-HCT mosaicism is related to increased relapse risk and lower survival after unrelated HCT, independent of cytogenetics at diagnosis. Pre-HCT mosaicism could be a useful clinical tool to guide risk stratification in acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients. Visual Abstract
