In this study, we explored the ability of <i>Annurca</i> apple flesh polyphenol extract (AFPE) to affect the activity of key enzymes involved in neurodegenerative disorders-in particular, Acetyl- and Butirryl-cholinesterases, and type A and B monoamine oxidase.
