<i>Coriandrum sativum</i> L. seeds are traditionally used to treat diabetes and its complications (inflammation and formation of reactive oxygen species) around the world. The present study investigates the antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant effects of the polyphenol fraction of <i>Coriandrum sativum</i> seeds (PCS).
