<sup>211</sup>At, an α-particle emitter, has recently attracted attention for radioimmunotherapy of intractable cancers. However, our sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and flow cytometry analyses revealed that <sup>211</sup>At-labeled immunoconjugates are easily disrupted.
