The aim of this study was to present the epidemiology of invasive diseases caused by <i>Neisseria meningitidis</i> and <i>Streptococcus pneumoniae</i> in the pre-vaccine period, and <i>Haemophilus influenzae</i> in the post-vaccine period in a pediatric population from Serbia.
