Corrination is the conjugation of a corrin ring containing molecule, such as vitamin B<sub>12</sub> (B12) or B12 biosynthetic precursor dicyanocobinamide (Cbi), to small molecules, peptides, or proteins with the goal of modifying pharmacology.
