ABSTRACT: Right ventricular infarction is often associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Here, we report a case of right ventricular infarction associated with persistent hypoxia due to acute right-to-left shunting through a patent foramen ovale. (Level of Difficulty: Intermediate.).
