ABSTRACT: Hyperprolactinemia is a risk factor for thrombus formation. We present a rare case of a mobile ascending aorta thrombus leading to acute myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction in a patient with idiopathic hyperprolactinemia. (Level of Difficulty: Beginner.).
