Influenza polymerase (FluPol) plays a key role in the viral infection cycle by transcribing and replicating the viral genome. FluPol is a multifunctional, heterotrimeric enzyme with cap-binding, endonuclease, RNA-dependent RNA polymerase and polyadenylation activities.
