A library of 1,2,3-triazole-incorporated thymol-1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives (<b>6</b>-<b>18</b>) hasbeen synthesized and tested for anticancer and antimicrobial activities. Compounds <b>7</b>, <b>8</b>, <b>9</b>, <b>10</b>, and <b>11</b> exhibited significant antiproliferative activity.
