An ultrasensitive Ag-deposited TiO<sub>2</sub> flower-like nanomaterial (FLNM) surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)-active substrate is synthesized via a hydrothermal method, and Ag nanoparticles (NPs) are deposited through electron beam evaporation.
