This work describes an untargeted analytical approach for the screening, identification, and characterization of the trans-epithelial transport of green tea (<i>Camellia sinensis</i>) catechin extracts with in vitro inhibitory effect against the SARS-CoV-2 papain-like protease (PLpro) activity.
