Facile synthesis of covalent organic framework derived Fe-COFs composites as a peroxidase-mimicking artificial enzyme.


ABSTRACT: An artificial catalyst (Fe-COFs) with peroxidase-like activity was successfully synthesized at room temperature and applied to catalyze the reaction between TMB and H2O2. This catalytic system can be used not only to detect residual hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in milk efficiently, but also to degrade rhodamine B (RhB) in waste water.
