Tolerance traits related to climate change resilience are independent and polygenic

ABSTRACT: Sequencing and genotyping data for Atlantic killifish (Fundulus heteroclitus) adults collected from five populations along the east coast of North America in 2012 and 2014: Hudson Creek GA (31°27´14´´N, 81°21´49´´W; n = 49), Hatfield Point NJ (39°30´33´´N, 74°19´25´´W; n = 73), Beaverdam Creek NJ (40°3´53´´N, 74°3´50´´W; n = 318), Pews Creek NJ (40°26´30´´N, 74°6´15´´W; n = 50) and Taylor River NH (42°55´24´´N, 70°51´5´´W; n = 69). Genotyping data are uploaded as two variant call files (VCF). One file (ac.chrom.vcf.gz) contains the initial variant calls prior to filtering, and the second (ac.filtered.vcf) contains the final variants after filtering. RADseq reads have been uploaded to the National Center for Biotechnology Information Sequence Read Archive (NCBI SRA; BioProject PRJNA477712).
