ABSTRACT: In the structure of the title compound, C(17)H(18)ClN(3)O(4)S, the thia-zinane ring displays a twist-boat conformation. The 1,4-dihydro-pyridine ring is approximately perpendicular to the benzene ring [dihedral angle = 88.3?(1)°]. The mol-ecular conformation is stabilized by an intra-molecular N-H?O hydrogen bond. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked by N-H?O inter-actions into a C(8) chain along [100].
