ABSTRACT: The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C(15)H(12)N(2)O, contains two independent mol-ecules with different conformations, the phenyl ring and indazole mean plane in the two mol-ecules forming dihedral angles of 50.82?(5) and 89.29?(6)°. In the crystal, weak C-H?O and C-H?N hydrogen bonds and C-H?? inter-actions consolidate the packing.

Project description:The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C13H10N2O2, contains two crystallographically independent mol-ecules (A and B). The indazole ring systems are approximately planar [maximum deviations = 0.0037 (15) and -0.0198 (15) Å], and their mean planes are oriented at 80.10 (5) and 65.97 (4)° with respect to the furan rings in mol-ecules A and B, respectively. In the crystal, pairs of C-H⋯N hydrogen bonds link the B mol-ecules, forming inversion dimers. These dimers are bridged by the A mol-ecules via C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming sheets parallel to (011). There are also C-H⋯π inter-actions present, and π-π inter-actions between neighbouring furan and the indazole rings [centroid-centroid distance = 3.8708 (9) Å] of inversion-related mol-ecules, forming a three-dimensional structure.

Project description:In the title compound, C(25)H(16)F(2)N(2)O, the pyrazole ring is almost planar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.028?Å) and makes a dihedral angle of 5.86?(11)° with the indazole benzene ring. The dihedral angle between the pyrazole ring and the unsubstituted phenyl ring is 28.19?(11)°. The dihedral angles between the unsubstituted phenyl and the two fluoro-phenyl groups are 57.69?(10) and 18.01?(10)°. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked by inter-molecular N-H?O and C-H?F inter-actions, forming infinite chains along the b axis with graph-set motif R(3) (2)(19). The crystal structure is further consolidated by ?-? stacking [centroid-centroid distances = 3.5916?(13) and 3.6890?(13)?Å] and C-H?? inter-actions.

Project description:The title compound, C(18)H(22)N(2)O(3), represents a (4S,5R,6S)-stereoisomer, crystallizing as a racemate in a centrosymmetric space group. The six-membered aliphatic ring adopts a half-chair conformation, with the hy-droxy- and acetyl-substituted C atoms deviating by 0.458 (2) and -0.366 (2) Å, respectively, from the plane defined by other four ring atoms. The pyrazole ring is essentially planar [r.m.s deviation = 0.004 (2) Å]. In the crystal, the mol-ecules are linked into chains along the b axis by N-H⋯N hydrogen bonds. The chains are linked by O-H⋯N hydrogen bonds into layers parallel to the bc plane.

Project description:In the title compound ethanol monosolvate, C(23)H(21)N(3)O(2)S·C(2)H(5)OH, the dihydro-pyrazole ring is twisted about the Csp(3)-Csp(3) bond. Nevertheless, the ring approximates a plane (r.m.s. deviation for the fitted atoms = 0.132?Å) and forms dihedral angles of 5.80?(13) and 12.29?(12)°, respectively, with the fused- and sulfonamide-benzene rings. As the dihydro-pyrazole C-bound phenyl group is roughly perpendicular to the dihydro-pyrazole ring [dihedral angle = 74.04?(15)°; the amino group is orientated to the same side of the mol-ecule], to a first approximation, the mol-ecule has a stunted T-shape. The cyclo-hexene ring adopts a half-chair conformation with the methyl-ene C atom connected to the dihydro-pyrazole ring lying 0.665?(4)?Å out of the plane of the five remaining atoms (r.m.s. deviation = 0.050?Å). The components of the asymmetric unit are connected by an O-H?O hydrogen bond. Further links between mol-ecules leading to a three-dimensional architecture are of the type N-H?O.

Project description:The title tertiary amine, C(27)H(27)N(7), a potential tripodal ligand for coordination chemistry, crystallizes with the central N atom located on a threefold axis of a trigonal cell. The gauche conformation of the N(amime)-CH(2)-CH(2)-N(indazole) chain [torsion angle = -64.2?(2)°] places the pendant 2H-indazole heterocycles surrounding the symmetry axis, affording a claw-like shaped mol-ecule. Two symmetry-related indazole planes in the mol-ecule make an acute angle of 60.39?(4)°. The lone pair of the tertiary N atom is located inside the cavity, and should thus be inactive (as a ligand). In the crystal, neither significant ?-? nor C-H?? inter-actions between molecules are found.
