Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: An isodicentric Philadelphia chromosome is an uncommon finding previously described as a secondary chromosomal abnormality in accelerated- or blast-phase of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) with resistance to imatinib mesylate or dasatinib.
