A Study of SGN-CD228A in Advanced Solid Tumors

ABSTRACT: This trial will study SGN-CD228A to find out whether it is an effective treatment for different kinds of cancer. It will also look at what side effects (unwanted effects) may occur. The study will have two parts. Part 1 of the study will find out how much SGN-CD228A should be given for treatment and how often. Part 2 of the study will use the dose found in Part 1 and look at how safe and effective the treatment is.

A Safety Study of SGN-2FF for Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

Project description:This study is being done to find out the side effects (unwanted effects) that are caused in patients with cancers who are given SGN-2FF. This study will also attempt to find the most suitable dose in the disease or condition being studied and look at other effects of SGN2FF, including its effect on cancer. This study has several different parts. Part A will try to find the highest safe dose. Part B will enroll more patients to be treated at the highest safe dose or a lower dose to better understand how well SGN-2FF is tolerated. Part C will try to find the highest safe dose of SGN-2FF when it is given combined with pembrolizumab. Pembrolizumab is a standard treatment for cancer. Part D will enroll more patients to be treated at the highest safe dose of SGN-2FF combined with pembrolizumab or a lower dose of SGN-2FF to better understand how well SGN-2FF is tolerated when it is given with pembrolizumab.

Efficacy and Safety Study of Tisotumab Vedotin for Patients With Solid Tumors

Project description:This trial will study tisotumab vedotin to find out whether it is an effective treatment for certain solid tumors and what side effects (unwanted effects) may occur. There are seven parts to this study. * In Part A, the treatment will be given to participants every 3 weeks (3-week cycles). * In Part B, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1, 8, and 15 every 4-week cycle. * In Part C, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1 and 15 of every 4-week cycle. * In Part D, participants will be given treatment on Day 1 of every 3-week cycle. Participants in Part D will get tisotumab vedotin with either: * Pembrolizumab or, * Pembrolizumab and carboplatin, or * Pembrolizumab and cisplatin * In Part E, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1 and 15 of every 4-week cycle. * In Part F, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1, 15, and 29 of every 6-week cycle. Participants in Part F will get tisotumab vedotin with pembrolizumab. * In Part G, participants will receive tisotumab vedotin on Days 1, 15, and 29 of every 6-week cycle. Gene expression profile at single cell level of prostate from the different prostate cancer genetic mouse model [scRNA-Seq]

Project description:To understand the cell types changes in prostate cancer progression, we carried out scRNA-seq of prostates from different kinds of genetic mouse model. After that, we found fibroblasts were changed obviously during prostate cancer progression. To confirm the function of the fibroblasts, LNCap was used to cocultured with all kinds of fibroblasts in control or ADT condition. To find out the key enviroment factors induced firoblast changing, RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq of fibroblast in different treatment were taken. And finally, ADT, TGF-β1, and sox4 were confirmed as contributors of the stroma cell changes, which provided new strategies for prostate cancer treatment. scRNA-seq were used to find out the cell lines diverisity of prostate cancer progressiom. RNA-seq of LNCap cocultured with different fibroblasts were taken to identify the pathway fibroblasts induced. RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq of fibroblasts were carried out to find out the reason of fibroblast changes.
