ABSTRACT: Interventions: Ibudilast 30mg oral twice a day for prevention of acute neurotoxicity for the duration of taking oxaliplatin chemotherapy commencing 2 days prior to starting oxaliplatin.
Primary outcome(s): Acute neurotoxicity assessed by the Oxaliplatin Acute Symptom Questionnaire[Day 3 of week 4 for CAPOX and day 3 of week 5 for FOLFOX.]
