Study on the usefulness and safety of warmied infusions and local hot fomentations for vascular pain-like symptoms caused by peripheral intravenous administration of oxaliplatin

ABSTRACT: Interventions: 1st time chemotherapy 1.During heating is described in the report 2.If vascular pain happened, then the warming infusion is start. 3.NRS is performed for 5min, 10min, 15min. Subsequent check is performed every 15 minutes.. 4.Patient’s report is performed from day 1 to day 8. Subsequently 1.Patients select one of the following before the start of infusion. i)Warming infusion is performed from the time of the appearance of vascular pain. ii)Performed prophylactically from the beginning. Not select all. Primary outcome(s): NRS:Numeric Rating Scale Study Design: Single arm Non-randomized

Project description:In this study, blood was collected from human participants with osteoarthritis pain, along with radiographic scores (Kellgren & Lawrence Score (KL)) and pain scores (Numerical Rating Scale (NRS)). Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated from whole blood, and classical and intermediate monocytes were further isolated using fluorescence-activated cell sorting. mRNA was then extracted from monocytes for sequencing.

Project description:To screen the differentially expressed genes between responders(Rs) and nonresponders(NRs) in CHB patients treated with IFN-α, and to explore the molecular basis for treatment failure.Expression profiling was performed on percutaneous needle liver biopsy specimens taken before therapy.Gene expression levels were compared between 7 NRs and 6 Rs,Gene Ontology category and KEGG pathway were analyzed for differentially expressed genes, and the selected differentially expressed genes were confirmed using real-time polymerase chain reaction.NRs and Rs have different liver gene expression profiles before IFN-α treatment. Preactivation of the IFN signaling pathway leading to the increased expression of inhibitory ISGs and inhibition of immune response in the pretreatment livers were associated with NRs. Expression profiling was performed on percutaneous needle liver biopsy specimens taken before therapy.Gene expression levels were compared between 7 NRs and 6 Rs. Project description:Altered gene expression patterns in human diseases reflect perturbations in the transcriptional networks that regulate cellular state. In breast cancer, Nuclear Receptors (NRs) play a prominent role in governing gene expression. NRs have prognostic utility and are therapeutically important targets. In order to understand the function of nuclear receptors in breast cancer, we treated MCF7 cells with 6 nuclear receptor agonist, and performed expression arrrays with three biological replicates each.

Transcriptomic microarray analyses were performed using RNA isolated from dorsal root ganglia.
