ABSTRACT: Interventions: B:Placebo, orally taken for 16 days (from 6 days before the operation; one day after operation, the intervention continues for another 10 days.) ;A:Encapsulated bacteria (including inulin) and maltodextrin, orally taken for 16 days (from 6 days before the operation; one day after operation, the intervention continues for another 10 days.) Primary outcome(s): Plasma I-FABP;Bacterial translocation in MLN;Intestinal permeability;Redistribution and fluorescence of TJ proteins;Postoperative infection complication Study Design: Randomized parallel controlled trial
