A Study of Safety and Efficacy of KFA115 Alone and KFA115 in Combination With Tislelizumab in Patients With Select Advanced Cancers

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to characterize the safety and tolerability of KFA115 and KFA115 in combination with tislelizumab in patients with select advanced cancers, and to identify the maximum tolerated dose and/or recommended dose.

Project description:This is a phase Ib/II open label study. The escalation part will characterize the safety and tolerability of JDQ443 single agent and JDQ443 in combination with the other study treatments (TNO155 and tislelizumab) in advanced solid tumor patients. Regorafenib With Tislelizumab in Patients With Selected Mismatch Repair-Proficient/Microsatellite Stable Cancers

Project description:REFIT-MSS is a non-randomized, multicenter, open-label, multi-cohort, 2-stage, phase II trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of regorafenib in combination with tislelizumab (referred as Rego-Tisle) in adult patients with select advance, previously treated, Mismatch Repair-Proficient/Microsatellite (pMMR/MSS) stable solid cancers. The multi-cohort design will allow for the examination of 8 separate cohorts of different cancers to determine whether further examination may be warranted in the individual indications.

miRNA expression profiles of erythroid cells following hydroxyurea treatment for sickle cell anemia

Project description:We hypothesized that miRNA regulation may be invloved in hydroxyurea-mediated fetal hemoglobin induction. Microarray analysis was utilized as an initial screening tool to determine differential miRNA expression in CD71+ erythroid cells comparing cells from control individuals without sickle cell anemia to patients with sickle cell anemia prior to treatment with hydroxyurea and patients receiving the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of hydroxurea.
