ABSTRACT: To explore the efficacy and safety of fruquintinib combined with chemotherapy as third-line/third-line+ Treatment in advanced metastatic colorectal cancer
DISEASE(S): Colorectal Neoplasms,Advanced Colorectal Cancer
Project description:The study is a phase II clinical study. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SBRT combined with Fruquintinib Plus PD-1/CTLA-4 Antibody for Third-line Treatment in mCRC.
Project description:This phase II study aims to explore the efficacy and safety of fruquintinib combined with TAS-102 in the third-line treatment of patients with advanced metastatic colorectal cancer.
Project description:This is a real-world study. Patients with metastatic colorectal cancer who have progressed (PD) after third-line treatment with fruquintinib combined with PD-1 inhibitors will receive fruquintinib combined with TAS-102 as fourth-line therapy. The objective of this study was to observe the efficacy and safety of cross-line(from third to fourth line)treatment with fruquinitinib.
Project description:A Phase II Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of Tislelizumab Combined With Fruquintinib and SBRT as A third-line and Posterior Line Treatment in Patients With Advanced Colorectal Cancer
Project description:Fruquintinib (HMPL-013) is a novel oral small molecule that selectively inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR) 1, 2, and 3 and has demonstrated potent inhibitory effects on multiple human tumor xenografts. Combined with hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC), this study is conducted to assess the efficacy and safety of this regimen in patients with unresectable colorectal cancer liver metastases as the third-line therapy.
Project description:This is a single-arm, multicentre real-world observational study of TAS-102 in combination with regorafenib or fruquintinib for third-line and above advanced colorectal cancer.
Project description:This study is a single center, investigator initiated phase II clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of fruquintinib plus Sintilimab as third-line therapy for colorectal cancer
Project description:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fruquintinib Combined With mFOLFOX6/FOLFIRI as the first-line treatment of Metastatic Colorectal Cancer
Project description:This is a prospective, multi-center, randomized study evaluating the efficacy and safety of fruquintinib combined with chemotherapy vs bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy as second-line treatment in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer. Patients will receive fruquintinib+ FOLFIRI or bevacizumab+FOLFIRI as the second-line treatment. After receiving 4-6 months of second-line treatment, patients who achieve disease control will receive fruquintinib + capecitabine or bevacizumab+ capecitabine as maintenance treatment. All patients will be treated until progressive disease, death from any cause, unacceptable toxicity or informed consent withdrawal.
Project description:This is a single center, open-labeled, single arm phase II study aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of fruquintinib combined with capecitabine as first-line treatment for advanced metastatic colorectal cancer patients unsuitable for intravenous chemotherapy.
