Project description:H3K27ac ChIP-seq of 79 primary samples derived from human acute leukemias, namely AML, T-ALL and mixed myeloid/lymphoid leukemias with CpG Island Methylator Phenotype (CIMP). In addition, 4 samples derived from CD34+ cord blood cells of healthy donors were included. Due to patient confidentiality considerations, the raw data files for this dataset have been deposited to the EGA controlled-access archive under the accession numbers EGAS00001007094 (study); EGAD00001011060 (dataset).
Project description:The present study aimed to investigate differentially expressed genes in whole blood obtained from patients with lumbar disc prolapse and healthy volunteers. A total of 8 patients with lumbar disc prolapse and 8 healthy volunteers were recruited. An Agilent SurePrint G3 human gene expression microarray 8x60 K was used to perform the microarray analyses.
Project description:We have explored cellular heterogeneity of human airways in 10 healthy volunteers by single-cell RNA profiling. 77,969 cells were collected by bronchoscopy at 35 distinct locations, from the nose to the 12th division of the airway tree, either by forceps (46,791 cells), or brush biopsies (31,178 cells). Use of cold-active proteases allowed dissociation of a high percentage of epithelial cells (89.1%, 15 distinct surface cell types and 2 glandular cell types), but also immune (6.2%, 7 cell types) and stromal (4.7%, 4 cell types) cells. Raw data has been submitted to EGA web portal under accession number EGAS00001004082 (https://ega-archive.org/studies/EGAS00001004082).
Project description:Hi-C of 17 primary samples obtained from human acute leukemias, namely AML, T-ALL and mixed myeloid/lymphoid leukemias with CpG Island Methylator Phenotype (CIMP). As healthy controls, Hi-C of CD34+ HSPCs from 3 healthy donors were used. Due to patient confidentiality considerations, the raw data files for this dataset have been deposited to the EGA controlled-access archive under the accession numbers EGAS00001007094 (study); EGAD00001011051 (dataset).
Project description:This clinical trial (NCT02252640) assesses the safety and immune responses to vaccination with experimental malaria vaccine candidates RTS,S/AS01, ChAd63 ME-TRAP and MVA ME-TRAP in different combinations. All healthy volunteers were recruited in England and administered the experimental malaria vaccines. Furthermore, volunteers were infected with malaria by mosquito bites, 12 weeks after the first vaccination to assess vaccine efficacy.
